The company’s senior management is directly responsible for the effective establishment of the quality management system and ensuring its understanding, acceptance, and implementation by all colleagues, as well as reviewing the quality policy and goals and fully complying with laws and regulations in order to gain and increase the satisfaction of employers and partner companies. All employees are also responsible for the quality of their work by performing their duties correctly within the framework of the organization’s current processes.
The responsibility for overseeing the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and updating of the quality management system has been assigned to the management representative, who reports directly to the CEO.
